Each session is a guided immersion into embodied simplicity — a space to explore nervous system practices that gently reshape your inner landscape and expand your capacity to meet life from within.

Each session begins with a brief exploration of the practices and the why behind them — a moment to orient the mind, soften resistance, and help you settle more fully into the experience.

We’ll then move into 30–45 minutes of practice. Within that time, you’ll experience a series of short, accessible segments — that you can return to individually throughout the week, and the coming months and seasons ahead.

We will be working with practical and usable steps to support:
 

  • Functional freeze and shutdown
  • A spinning mind and patterns of overthinking
  • Constant doing and nervous system restlessness
  • The swing from overdrive into collapse — and toward sustained endurance
  • Digestible, sustainable pleasure and its vital role in regulation
  • Bracing versus confidence in your ability to respond
  • Greater flexibility of states and a more dynamic relationship with life


There will be time for Q&A, personalized feedback and guidance.
